1. About Our Website and Services

Ignite B2B Growth provides fractional Chief Marketing Officer services, marketing advisory, marketing audits, and related consulting services for B2B businesses (collectively, the “Consulting Services”). We also offer the My B2B Marketing Strategy Roadmap, a web-based marketing strategy application (the “Application”).
1.2 Informational Purpose. The Website provides general information about our services, our approach, and our team. The content on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional marketing, business, financial, or legal advice.
1.3 Separate Agreements. If you engage our Consulting Services, the terms of that engagement will be governed by a separate consulting agreement between you and Ignite B2B Growth. If you purchase the Application, your use of it is governed by the separate Application Terms and Conditions. Those agreements control over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Our Content. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and design, is the property of Ignite B2B Growth or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “Ignite B2B Growth,” the Ignite B2B Growth logo, and related names and marks are trademarks of FourJ Media LLC.
2.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not: (i) copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Website content without our prior written consent; (ii) modify or create derivative works based on Website content; (iii) use Website content for any commercial purpose without our authorization; or (iv) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Website.
3. User Submissions
3.1 Forms and Inquiries. When you submit information through our contact forms, booking forms, or email signup, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Submitting a form is a request for information or a consultation; it does not create a client relationship, consulting engagement, or any obligation on our part to provide services.

Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages, and vice versa.

4.7 Carrier Disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.

Nothing on the Website, including blog posts, service descriptions, case studies, testimonials, or any other content, constitutes professional marketing advice, business advice, financial advice, or legal advice. A professional consulting relationship with Ignite B2B Growth is established only through a signed consulting agreement.

12. Application and Consulting Services
12.1 Application. If you purchase the My B2B Marketing Strategy Roadmap application, your purchase and use of the Application are governed by the separate Application Terms and Conditions, available at https://igniteb2bgrowth.com/app-terms-conditions, and the Application Refund Policy, available at https://igniteb2bgrowth.com/app-refund-policy.
12.2 Consulting Services. Our Consulting Services are provided under a separate consulting agreement executed between you and Ignite B2B Growth. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to provide Consulting Services, and no consulting relationship is formed by your use of the Website or submission of an inquiry through our forms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your written notice, either party may proceed with legal action.
13.3 Venue. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ignite B2B Growth with respect to your use of the Website. They do not govern the Application (which has separate Terms and Conditions) or Consulting Services (which are governed by a separate consulting agreement).
14.4 Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Website and updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
