1.2 Purchase Information. When you purchase the Application, we collect the following personal information: (i) first and last name; (ii) email address; (iii) phone number; (iv) company name; and (v) purchase and transaction details. This information is also stored in HighLevel.
1.3 Payment Information. Payments for the Application are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not see, collect, or store your full payment card details. Stripe handles your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
1.4 Automatically Collected Information. When you visit our Website, we automatically collect certain information, including: (i) IP address; (ii) browser type and version; (iii) operating system; (iv) pages visited and links clicked; (v) date and time of your visit; and (vi) referring website or source.
1.5 Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies. Our Website uses cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. These include:
(i) Essential Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the Website to function properly and cannot be disabled.

2. Information You Enter Into the Application
The Application is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. When you use the Application, it asks you to enter information about your business, such as strategy details, pipeline and revenue estimates, and budget spend estimates. The Application produces strategy recommendations based on those inputs.
We do not have access to the information you enter into the Application or the recommendations it produces. We cannot view, retrieve, edit, or restore your inputs or outputs. We will only see your recommendations if you choose to send us a copy.
To log in to the Application, you enter an email address and receive a one-time verification code each time you log in. We cannot see the email address you use to log in or the verification codes sent to you. We cannot change your login email or access the Application on your behalf.
Because this data is handled entirely by Lovable's platform and is not accessible to us, it is governed by Lovable's own privacy policy, available at https://lovable.dev/privacy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
(i) To respond to your inquiries, contact form submissions, and consultation requests;

Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional or operational communications.
4.2 Text and SMS Messages. If you consent to receive text messages through our Website forms, we may send you:
(i) Transactional Messages: appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, and other messages related to services you have requested. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions.
(ii) Marketing Messages: special offers, discounts, new product updates, and other promotional content. Message frequency varies.

5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your personal information with the following third-party service providers:
5.1 Stripe — Payment Processing. Stripe receives your payment and transaction information to process Application purchases. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
5.2 HighLevel — Customer Relationship Management, Email, and SMS. HighLevel receives your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and other information you submit through our forms or at the time of purchase. HighLevel manages customer records and sends email and text message communications on our behalf.
5.3 Lovable — Application Hosting. Lovable hosts the Application and processes application login emails, one-time verification codes, user inputs, and generated recommendations. 5.4 Google — Website Analytics. Google receives browsing and usage data collected through Google Analytics to help us analyze Website traffic and usage patterns. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5.5 Meta — Advertising and Analytics. Meta receives browsing data collected through the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver targeted advertisements on Meta platforms. Meta's privacy policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
5.6 LinkedIn — Advertising and Analytics. LinkedIn receives browsing data collected through the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising effectiveness and deliver targeted advertisements on LinkedIn. LinkedIn's privacy policy is available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
These service providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Service providers who process data on our behalf are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

6.1 We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
6.2 Targeted Advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to deliver targeted advertisements to you on those platforms based on your activity on our Website. Under the Colorado Privacy Act, this may constitute processing personal data for targeted advertising purposes.
6.3 Your Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising. You have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising. You can exercise this right by:
